Account settings

Manage your account details.

Tap Account at the top of Settings to access:

  • Email - your account email address
  • Manage Subscription - view your current plan and upgrade
  • Change password - set a new password (only available if you signed up with email)
  • Export My Data - download a copy of all your data
  • Delete Account - permanently remove your account (see below)

Delete account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all data:

  1. Tap Delete account
  2. Enter your password to confirm
  3. Check your email for a confirmation link
  4. Click the link - a 7-day grace period begins
  5. You can cancel anytime during the 7 days from Settings
  6. After 7 days, all data is permanently removed

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the 7-day grace period. Make sure to export your data first if you want to keep a copy.

If you are on a free trial (Welcome Gift Pro), you will see a soft reminder that the trial ends automatically on its expiry date. You can choose to end the trial immediately before deleting. If you have an active paid Apple subscription, cancel it in the App Store first, then delete your account.
