How do I record a note?
Tap the microphone button and speak. TellDone transcribes your voice in 60+ languages and automatically creates a structured note with tasks, events, and tags. Tap again to stop.
You can also type - tap Text note on the Record screen.
Other ways to record: Control Center widget, Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro+), or say "Hey Siri, add a note in TellDone".

How do tasks and events work?
TellDone extracts tasks and events automatically from your voice. Say "remind me to call Alex tomorrow at 3pm" and you get a task with a deadline and a reminder. Say "meeting with the team on Friday at 10am" and you get a calendar event.
- Up to 5 tasks per recording (with priorities, deadlines, reminders)
- Up to 3 events per recording (with dates, times, locations, attendees)
- Past tense = done: "I finished the report" creates a completed task

How do I connect integrations?
Go to Settings > Integrations and toggle on what you need:

Local integrations (Calendar, Reminders, Google Tasks, Things 3) work on all plans and don't use integration slots. Server integrations (Todoist, Notion) require Basic+ plan.
How does Smart Context work?
When you mention finishing a task in a new recording - "I deployed the API" or "sent the report" - TellDone automatically finds the matching task and marks it done. No buttons, no searching.
It also captures achievements - work you completed that wasn't a planned task.
Requires Basic plan or higher.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Account > Manage Subscription to see your current plan, upgrade, or change billing period.
