What's new in TellDone 1.4

See what your voice changed, and undo it.

Every note, task, and event now keeps a change history. Dictate a follow-up like "actually, move that to Friday" and the original updates itself. Open Changes to see each edit, and undo any of them with one tap. Follow-up recordings no longer pile up in your notes list: the original rises to the top instead, marked with a follow-up icon. And when the AI is not sure about an extracted task, it says so with a badge and shows the exact words it heard.

Editing by voice, in detail​

A follow-up recording edits the item you recorded it on. Titles, summaries, deadlines, priorities, tags, statuses, and descriptions all understand follow-ups now - on notes, tasks, and events.

Change history and undo, in detail​

Every edit - whether the AI made it from a follow-up or you made it by tapping a field - is tracked. Open the history on any note, task, or event to see exactly what changed, and undo any single entry with one tap.

Confidence and evidence​

When TellDone extracts a task or event from your recording, it now shows how confident it is and the exact words it heard. Spot a miss, fix it by voice.

Meetings, in detail​

Recordings with several speakers are detected automatically. Instead of one flat transcript, you get a transcript split by speaker.

Your reports now render fully in your content language - not just the narrative, but headers and sections too. Available across all 20 supported languages.

Integrations sync field by field​

Edits you make - by voice or by tapping a field - now sync to Notion and Todoist item by item, not just on creation.
