Change history and undo
Every edit to a note, task, or event is tracked - whether the AI made it from a follow-up recording or you made it by tapping a field. Open an item's history to see what changed, and undo any single change.
Where to find it
- Open the note, task, or event
- Open its history from the detail screen
You'll see a timeline of edits, newest first.
What each entry shows
- What changed - which field was edited
- When - the time of the edit
- Who - you, if you edited the field yourself, or the AI, if the change came from a follow-up recording
So a task you rescheduled by voice and then retitled by hand shows both edits, in order, each attributed to whoever made it.
Long press an entry to see the full before and after, which is handy when a summary or description was rewritten and the one-line preview is not enough.
Undo any single change
Tap undo on any entry in the history to revert that one change. You don't have to undo everything after it, and you're not limited to the most recent edit - if a follow-up from this morning changed a deadline you wanted to keep, undo that entry and leave the rest alone.
Right after you edit a field, an Undo option appears at the bottom of the screen to reverse what you just did. Change history goes further back: use it to undo an edit from earlier today or last week.
An edit from a follow-up recording is logged and undone the same way as one you tapped in yourself. Nothing your voice changes is hidden from the history.
