How it works​

  1. You speak. Record a voice note about anything - your plans, ideas, meetings, tasks.
  2. AI listens. TellDone transcribes your voice in 60+ languages and analyzes the content.
  3. Everything gets organized. Your recording becomes a structured note with a title, summary, tags, and any tasks or events are automatically extracted.

What TellDone creates from your voice​

  • Notes with AI-generated titles and summaries, classified into 7 types:
    • Task - when you set yourself something to do
    • Idea - a thought worth saving
    • Info - a fact, contact, address, or number
    • Status - a report of what you've done
    • Meeting - a meeting or conversation summary
    • Event - a scheduled meeting or event with a time
    • Reflection - thoughts, conclusions, observations
  • Tasks with priorities, deadlines, and reminders - extracted automatically
  • Events with dates, times, and attendees - added to your calendar
  • Reports - daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly AI insights about your productivity, including burnout detection

TellDone supports two recording modes: Toggle (tap to start, tap to stop) and Hold-to-record (hold the button, release to stop). Choose whichever feels more natural.
