TellDone is available on multiple platforms. Choose yours below.

iPhone and iPad​

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Search for TellDone
  3. Tap Get to download and install
  4. Open TellDone and create your account

Requires iOS 18 or later.

tip

On iPhone 15 Pro and later, you can assign the Action Button to start a TellDone recording instantly - no need to open the app first. You can set this up after installation in your iPhone settings.

Mac​

TellDone has a native macOS app that serves as a view-only companion to the iPhone app:

  • Three-column layout optimized for desktop - sidebar, list, and detail
  • Keyboard navigation - Cmd+C to copy, Cmd+/- to zoom text, Cmd+, for settings
  • Full browsing of notes, tasks, events, and reports with filters and search

The Mac app does not support voice recording or text note creation. Record on your iPhone, review on your Mac. See TellDone on macOS for the full guide.

Web​

No installation needed. Visit app.telldone.app in any modern browser to:
