Local integrations (Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, Things 3, Apple Notes, Apple Journal) are available on every plan and do not use integration slots. Server integrations (Todoist, Notion) are the ones that count toward your slot total.
Webhooks have a 100 deliveries/hour burst cap on all plans (Basic/Pro/Ultra). This protects reliability; most users never hit it. Monthly caps count only successful deliveries; the hourly cap counts all attempts including retries.
All paid plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra) come with a 7-day free trial when purchased through the App Store. The trial starts when you subscribe and auto-converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage your trial in the App Store under your Apple ID subscriptions.
Which plan is right for you?
Free
Perfect for trying TellDone. You get voice recording, AI analysis, notes, tasks, and events with moderate limits. Great for occasional use.
Basic
For regular users who want more capacity. Adds Smart Context (auto-complete tasks from voice), daily reports, one server integration slot (Todoist or Notion), one webhook, and data export.
Pro
For power users who rely on TellDone daily. Adds weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, unlimited server integrations, email forwarding, MCP Access (Read + Write, 20 tools), longer recordings (up to 60 minutes), and 1,000 notes/month.
Ultra
Maximum capacity for heavy users. The highest limits across the board, 10 webhooks with audio links, 90-minute recordings, unlimited notes, MCP Access with higher quotas and an optional Read-only safety mode, and a full year of trash retention.
Apple Watch recording
On Free and Basic, Watch recordings are a single segment up to your plan's maximum (5 or 10 min).
On Pro and Ultra, the Watch records in chained 10-minute segments so you can capture longer thoughts. About 20 seconds before each segment ends, the Watch shows a haptic and a "Continue" / "Finish" prompt. Tap "Continue" to start the next segment, or "Finish" to wrap up.
Apple Watch chained recording tops out at 60 minutes total even on Ultra. This is a technical Watch limit. The full 90-minute recording length is available on iPhone.

New users get a Pro trial automatically on their first recording - no credit card required. This gives you full access to reports, integrations, email forwarding, and MCP Access from day one. After the trial ends, your account returns to Free unless you subscribe.
MCP Access
- Free / Basic: locked. Tap the MCP entry to see the upgrade prompt.
- Pro: Read + Write with 20 tools at standard quotas.
- Ultra: Read + Write with 20 tools, plus a Read-only toggle for safer agent runs. Higher quotas (more requests per second, more concurrent connections).
