Delete your account

You can permanently delete your TellDone account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete​

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  2. Enter your password to confirm
  3. Check your email for a confirmation link
  4. Click the link - a 7-day grace period begins
  5. Cancel anytime during the 7 days from Settings
  6. After 7 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted

What gets deleted​

  • All notes, tasks, and events
  • All audio recordings
  • Your profile and settings
  • Integration connections
  • All reports
  • Usage history

Before you delete​

Account deletion is permanent. Once the 7-day grace period passes, your data cannot be recovered.

We recommend:

  1. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy
  2. Cancel your subscription through the App Store before deleting - account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions
  3. Disconnect integrations - data already sent to Todoist, Notion, or via webhooks remains in those services
