  • We process your data only to provide the service - transcription, AI analysis, sync, and reports
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

You can see all your data within the app - notes, tasks, events, recordings, and reports are always accessible.

Right to export​

Download a complete copy of all your data at any time. See Export your data for details.

Right to deletion​

Permanently delete your account and all associated data. See Delete your account for details.

Right to correction​

Edit your notes, tasks, and events at any time directly in the app.

  • On-device transcription - choose Apple Speech Recognition so your voice never leaves your device
  • Integration permissions - control which services can access your data
  • Email forwarding - you decide what gets forwarded and where
  • Data export - take your data with you anytime
  • Account deletion - permanently remove everything with a 7-day safety window
